We are seeking a Plumbing Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager. You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of plumbing projects from pre-construction to close-outs

Allocate resources for assigned projects

Schedule crews, suppliers, and subcontractors

Interface with general contractors, engineers, city and county officials, and clients

Prepare and track change orders, RFIs, Submittals

Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

Previous experience in plumbing or construction management

Strong leadership qualities

Strong negotiation skills

Deadline and detail-oriented
