Job Description

*This is a different project than the recent CHESS (roof replacement) one - this is simply a new 4000 Sq Ft building that's going up at the same location (A Welcome Center)

Position overview:
There is a Need for a "Project Manager" (Contracted) who can handle:

1. Building construction. We need to build a 4000 Sq ft building with one floor.
2. Adding Meters (Instruments) to Process lines like Steam, compressed air, etc.
3. Upgrading a security system at the site level.
4. Some minor small projects

Mission
Lead a project to reach the objectives set by the Project Sponsor and the steering committee, following their orientations and respecting the Group Project Approach.

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS


Education:
B.S or B.E in Chemical or Civil Engineering with 4-6 years of experience.
