Our client, a reputable and steadily growing general contractor, in the Maryland region is looking to bring on an experienced Construction Project Manager to help lead a variety of commercial projects from the ground up or interior fit-outs.
Salary: $95,000 - $115,000

Project Manager Responsibilities: Oversee projects from pre-construction through final punch. Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field coordination. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and design partners. Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is progressing according to plan. Maintain compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specs. Track and process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and job cost reports. Resolve issues proactively and keep projects moving forward. Project Manager Requirements: 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive schedules, and control costs. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in construction project management software.
