Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial construction projects from pre-construction through close-out. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, organized, and a team player with a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects. Experience with estimating is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, budgeting, and client communication

Lead project meetings, site visits, and progress reviews

Work closely with superintendents, clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Assist with pre-construction planning and estimating as needed

Maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and schedules

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects

Experience with pre-engineered metal buildings, facilities, and/or warehouse projects

Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Estimating experience is a strong plus

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed
