Vaco Atlanta is working with an impressive client in their search for a sharp  Project Manager  with construction experience. This is not an IT position. This will be a DIRECT HIRE position with bonus potential. It is 100% In-Office with some travel required. Any candidate to be considered must live in the Atlanta, GA metropolitan area.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create a project timeline and manage all facets required to bring each project in on time and within budget.

Collaborate on pre-construction RFP packages

Conduct regular project milestone meetings

Analyze data to mitigate risk by identifying issues and finding solutions

Maintain compliance and continuous process improvement

Manage closeout activities

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have 5+ years of Project Manager experience in  Commercial Construction

Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required

PMP Certification is preferred

Must be proficient in project software like ProCore, Bluebeam, Adobe, or CmiC

Must be very detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Must be comfortable working with a team on multiple projects

Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

Must be willing to travel
