Project Manager

Location: Hanover, NH

Pay: $120,000 - $160,000/year

Schedule: Full-time, On-site Our client is a well-established general contractor known for delivering high-quality construction projects across New England. They specialize in commercial, academic, and multifamily builds, and are recognized for their commitment to craftsmanship, innovative solutions, and collaborative project delivery. Their projects stand out not just for the quality of work, but for the team-first culture and strong client relationships they maintain. They are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to help build a variety of projects on Dartmouth's campus.

What you get to do:

• Oversee full-cycle construction projects from planning to closeout

• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders

• Ensure projects stay on time, on budget, and up to high-quality standards

• Monitor risk, solve problems, and enforce safety protocols

• Lead project meetings and foster strong team collaboration

What you need to succeed:

• 5-15 years of project management experience in the construction industry

• Strong background in scheduling, budgeting, and quality control

• Leadership skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
