Project Manager (Education And Municipal Construction)

We seek an experienced Project Manager (3-8 years) to lead education and municipal construction projects. This role encompasses the entire project lifecycle, from planning and coordination to execution and delivery, ensuring projects meet client expectations, are delivered on time, and remain within budget. Job Description

Responsibilities include overseeing and directing projects from start to finish, directing and supervising work of project administration staff and construction engineers, forecasting, tracking/reporting project costs/revenue and adherence to project estimates, problem resolution involving labor disputes, staffing, construction materials, construction equipment and contracts/subcontracts administration, coordinating with construction Safety Manager to ensure that projects are completed in accordance with established safety goals, developing strong relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Assistant Project Managers, and maintaining appropriate documentation through project such as RFI logs and change orders.

The successful applicant will have demonstrated expertise in managing ground-up municipal and educational construction projects, proven experience collaborating with leading general contractors on diverse commercial construction endeavors, proficiency in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure efficient project execution, strong leadership abilities to guide cross-functional teams and effectively manage stakeholder relationships, comprehensive technical knowledge of construction processes and systems integration, quick problem-solving skills to address challenges and maintain project momentum, commitment to safety, quality, and compliance with industry standards, excellent communication skills for clear reporting and client management, and adaptability to thrive in fast-paced and evolving project environments.
