Our focus is on quality execution, safety, and long-term client partnerships. Position Summary We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Project Manager to take ownership of complex electrical projects from preconstruction through final closeout. This role is responsible for ensuring project delivery that meets performance, budget, schedule, and quality expectations. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of electrical construction projects, including estimating support, procurement, scheduling, and cost tracking. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, general contractors, and design teams. Coordinate and lead subcontractors, field crews, and internal support staff. Drive productivity, safety compliance, and profitability across assigned projects. Monitor change orders, RFIs, submittals, and progress billings. Forecast manpower, material, and equipment needs in collaboration with field leadership. Identify risks and resolve issues proactively to avoid project delays or budget overruns. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent field experience also considered. Minimum 710 years of experience managing commercial electrical projects of $5M+ in scope. Strong knowledge of NEC, building codes, and industry standards. Experience with projects in healthcare, education, mission-critical, or public-sector verticals is a plus. Proficient in construction management tools (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, Accubid, etc.). Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. OSHA 30 certification preferred. Salary: Competitive base with annual performance-based bonus.
