Job Description Lead and manage multiple commercial construction projects from start to finish. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met. Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure the project stays within financial constraints. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and vendors, ensuring quality work and compliance with safety regulations. Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns or changes. Review and approve project designs, plans, and permits to ensure compliance with local codes and regulations. Resolve any issues that may arise during construction, providing timely solutions. Ensure all safety standards and regulations are strictly followed throughout the project lifecycle. Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. The Successful Applicant 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management. Project experience in projects budgeting $500k - $15M Proven track record of successfully managing commercial projects from inception to completion. Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, procore and safety standards. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred. LEED accreditation or similar certifications are a plus.
