Job Description Lead ground-up construction projects from planning through completion. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards. Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining confidentiality. The Successful Applicant 7-10 years of experience in construction project management. Experience with senior living, multi-family, or healthcare construction is a plus. Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
