We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Project Manager for Healthcare Construction. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual with a strong background in healthcare construction, ground-up construction, and hospital construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and oversee the construction of healthcare facilities, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring that all tasks are carried out in accordance with project plans and specifications.
- Review project plans and specifications, providing input and guidance to ensure that all aspects of the project are feasible and achievable.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays that may arise.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, maintaining clear and effective communication at all times.
- Ensure that all construction activities comply with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and present regular project reports, updating stakeholders on project progress, issues, and solutions.
- Conduct risk assessments, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in Healthcare Construction, with a proven track record of successfully managing and completing construction projects.
- Extensive experience in healthcare construction, ground-up construction, and hospital construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in project management software tools.
- A commitment to health and safety, with a thorough understanding of construction safety regulations.
