Job Description
- Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and owners to resolve issues
- Drive project delivery from preconstruction through closeout

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
- Proven success on hotel projects from site work to completion
- Experience with ground work and site utilities
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in project management software and scheduling tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Committed to safety, quality, and client satisfaction
