We are seeking a results-oriented Project Manager with experience in industrial construction, infrastructure projects, or engineered systems . This dual-role position is ideal for a hands-on professional who can estimate and manage complex construction projects from concept through completion, while maintaining a sharp focus on accuracy, timelines, and client satisfaction.

Our location is Ideal for candidates based in Lake Forest, Irvine, Mission Viejo, or surrounding South Orange County communities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage industrial construction projects through all phases: planning, procurement, execution, and close-out

Analyze project plans, drawings, and specifications to develop complete scopes of work

Prepare accurate cost estimates, takeoffs, and bid proposals for industrial construction projects

Develop and track project schedules to ensure key milestones are achieved

Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution

Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies to prevent delays

Perform occasional site visits to assess progress, verify scope, and maintain client relationships

Oversee project close-out, ensuring all documentation is finalized and deliverables are met

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in industrial construction project management and estimating

Strong understanding of construction means, methods, cost structures, and industry standards

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical documents, and engineering drawings

Proficient with estimating software and project management tools

Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Willingness to travel as needed to project sites or client meetings across the U.S.
