Who We're Looking For: We're searching for an experienced Project Manager with a background in Industrial Construction, Materials Handling, or Industrial Machinery . If you're a proactive problem-solver, an organized leader , and technically adept , this role is for you. Our ideal candidate excels in: Driving projects from concept to completion Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Leading teams and communicating effectively with stakeholders Finding innovative solutions to technical challenges Requirements Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end project management , ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Lead and facilitate project meetings -internal and external-through kick-off to project closeout . Collaborate with engineering teams to review drawings, documentation packages, and schedules. Monitor technical installations and quickly address any challenges that arise on-site. Evaluate and manage project risks , providing timely updates to stakeholders. Handle client communication with professionalism, including off-hours calls if necessary. Drive purchasing decisions for project components based on bills-of-material and schematics. Ensure any scope changes are approved and documented. What You Bring to the Table: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience 5+ years of Project Management experience in construction, industrial machinery, or a related technical field Proficiency with project management tools , scheduling software, and budgeting in Excel Familiarity with electrical schematics and mechanical drawings Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to build relationships across teams, customers, and vendors Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills Must be able to travel , work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed Physical Requirements: Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs Why Join Impact Automation?
