Project Manager Industrial Construction

The client is a well-established general contractor specializing in industrial, tilt-wall, and big box construction. Known for delivering large-scale, high-quality projects, they offer a stable environment with a strong focus on performance and long-term client relationships.

Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from precon to closeout.

Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractors.

Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and client satisfaction.

Collaborate with field teams and leadership to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Maintain strong communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

The successful candidate is a seasoned Project Manager with experience in industrial, tilt-wall, or big box construction. They are highly organized, strong in coordination and communication, and capable of driving complex projects from start to finish while managing budgets, schedules, and teams effectively.
