We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our new Interiors Division in White Plains, NY, and Jersey City, NJ. This division focuses on commercial office, retail, entertainment, and adaptive reuse projects in the NY Metro area and nationally. Day in the Life
Manage and oversee project aspects including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, design review, cost reporting, safety, and proposal prep
Develop accurate project estimates and work closely with owners and design teams
Participate in proposal meetings and oversee subcontractor buyouts
Conduct bi-weekly site meetings and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines
Communicate effectively with leadership and team members, including training interns/coops
Make sound decisions demonstrating personal responsibility
Organize, plan, and manage multiple activities to meet project goals
Continuously evaluate and improve project processes to meet/exceed client expectations
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field
1-3+ years of hands-on construction project management experience
Preferred: Experience in Interiors Construction, including commercial office, retail, entertainment, adaptive reuse
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project
Ability to make decisions under tight deadlines and re-evaluate priorities
