Description
Lead all phases of high-rise multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through close-out.
Collaborate with superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and owners to drive schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes.
Oversee procurement efforts, vendor relationships, and subcontractor performance.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company procedures.
Conduct regular site visits, manage project timelines, and coordinate inspections.
Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly reporting to ownership and executive leadership.
Profile
Minimum 5-8 years of experience managing high-rise multifamily construction projects ($50M+).
Proven track record with ground-up vertical developments of 15+ stories.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficient in project management software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Job Offer
Competitive base salary ranging from $130,000 to $160,000, depending on experience.
