About Our Client

Job Description
- Lead all phases of high-rise multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through close-out.
- Collaborate with superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and owners to drive schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes.
- Oversee procurement efforts, vendor relationships, and subcontractor performance.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company procedures.
- Conduct regular site visits, manage project timelines, and coordinate inspections.
- Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly reporting to ownership and executive leadership.

The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience managing high-rise multifamily construction projects ($50M+).
- Proven track record with ground-up vertical developments of 15+ stories.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in project management software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
