About Our Client

Our client is a mid sized, MEP-focused general contractor specializing in NYC public sector work. They deliver high-value projects ($1M-$30M) for agencies such as NYCHA, SCA, MTA, and DEP. Their work includes HVAC upgrades, boiler replacements, and modernization of public housing infrastructure.

Job Description

Lead MEP-driven public projects from start to finish, with an initial focus on NYCHA work

Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and agency compliance documentation

Coordinate with internal trades teams and external subs to ensure delivery within scope and budget

Communicate with agency reps and internal stakeholders to maintain project momentum

The Successful Applicant

3-5+ years as a Project Manager in construction

Strong background in MEP scopes and NYC public sector projects (especially NYCHA)

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred

Confident navigating public compliance procedures and project documentation
