Oversee all phases of custom home construction from pre-construction through project closeout, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget adherence. Collaborate closely with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to bring the client's vision to life while maintaining feasibility and code compliance. Develop, manage, and track project schedules, budgets, and work scopes, making adjustments as necessary to meet milestones. Source, negotiate, and manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure high-quality workmanship and timely delivery of materials. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and building codes. Maintain proactive communication with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and guide decision-making throughout the build process. Ensure safety protocols are followed on-site, conducting inspections and addressing hazards promptly. Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, permits, inspections, and closeout packages.
