Description
Project Manager - Residential Construction - Kennebunk Maine Responsibilities:
Providing overall administration and coordination of design and construction activities
Work efficiently both on-site and in the office weekly
Ensure the quality of high standard performance and compliance
Daily interfacing with on-site construction team, contractors, & architects/engineers
Communicated daily with the owner/client
Establish project objective goals
Manage multiple projects at any given time
Profile
Project Manager - Residential Construction - Kennebunk Maine Qualifications
2+ years of experience building/ managing custom homes
5+ years of construction experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask
Construction related degree (preferred)
Job Offer
Project Manager - Residential Construction - Kennebunk Maine will Receive:
Compensation $90k - $100k base
Annual bonus & discretionary bonus
