About Our Client
Our client is a well respected general contractor in the Harrisburg area that has been in business for 20+ years. They specialize in residential work with a focus on renovations and restorations (often times following fires, floods, etc.). They offer great growth potential, often times looking to promote from within. Plus they have a track record of great work and because of that are consistenlty picking up new work.
Job Description
The Project Manager responsibilities include:
- Manage residential renovation and restoration projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and onsite supervision.
- Conduct site visits, perform project assessments, and create detailed scopes of work and timelines.
- Coordinate and communicate with homeowners, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and internal teams.
- Obtain necessary permits, ensure code compliance, and manage inspections.
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules and resources as needed to meet deadlines and budgets.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient job site; enforce health and safety protocols.
- Resolve any issues, delays, or disputes that arise during the course of a project.
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction on every job.

The Successful Applicant
The successful Project Manager will have:
- 5+ years of experience in residential construction, with specific expertise in renovations and restorations.
- Proven experience in managing multiple residential projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, permitting, and construction practices in Pennsylvania.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in construction project management software and tools (e.g., Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Procore).
- Valid driver's license
