Key Responsibilities: Oversee all phases of retail construction projects from initial planning through to completion. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company objectives. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met. Manage on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any issues that arise. Implement quality control measures to ensure that work is performed to company standards. Facilitate team meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and solutions. Document project activities and maintain detailed records of contracts, permits, and change orders.
