[Job ID: 1066657] Responsibilities: Assist the Director in managing the full project lifecycle — defining scope, objectives, plans, and performance metrics to meet standards and client expectations. Ensure construction works comply with all statutory acts, regulations, and industry best practices. Oversee and ensure workplace safety compliance for all site activities. Monitor and coordinate project progress, including site inspections, scheduling, and daily operations. Ensure timely delivery and receipt of all project documents. Liaise effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical or operational issues. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field 5–8 years of experience with a Main Contractor in Building Construction projects Experience in managing project documentation and site administration.
