Job Summary:
Provides a safe environment for staff/patients and visitors. Coordinates Leads facility projects across our health system to ensure a safe, timely and economical completion, compliance with codes and regulations, customer satisfaction, and quality standards. Scope of projects range from small to large. Our Senior Project Managers are in charge of the scope, schedule, and budget of projects. They ensure that all key stakeholders are at the table during the pre-construction planning, they then ensure contractors abide by our policies and procedures, all while maintaining the project budget. Works closely with internal departments to ensure the project expectations are well communicated.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
A minimum of 8 years of related work experience necessary involving renovation and/or remodeling projects which include but is not limited to: Blue print reading. (Auto CAD experience necessary), obtaining contractor proposal, and outside contractor coordination/supervision is required.
Highly prefer Blue print reading, construction means/methods knowledge, hiring Architects, hiring contractors, and other vendors, leading diverse teams.
Highly prefer experience coordinating and supervise complex healthcare construction projects.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Bachelor of Science (Mechanical, Electrical, Architect), or related field equivalent is required. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree a minimum of 12 years of related experience is required.
