Job Overview: G Technology Inc is actively seeking a seasoned Project Manager/Estimator to join our growing team of electrical construction professionals. This hybrid role is ideal for a driven leader with the ability to manage multiple large-scale commercial, industrial, and federal projects ranging from $500K to $5M. You'll take full ownership of the project lifecycle-from planning and procurement to execution and client delivery-while also leveraging your expertise to support cost estimation and change orders during project downtime.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage multiple concurrent electrical projects (valued $500K-$5M)- Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and planning documentation- Perform take-offs and prepare detailed cost estimates using Bluebeam and Conest- Prepare submittals for materials and equipment; ensure timely and cost-effective delivery- Coordinate and supervise internal teams, electricians, and subcontractors- Track project costs, manage budgets, and provide financial reporting- Maintain quality assurance and ensure compliance with industry regulations- Prepare and manage change orders and resolve on-site issues proactively- Communicate project status with clients and company leadership- Ensure safety standards are met on all job sites- Maintain organized project documentation including permits and progress reports- Support estimating team as needed

Qualifications:- Minimum of 7 years of electrical project management and estimating experience- Proven ability to manage teams and multi-million dollar projects independently- Proficient in Bluebeam, Conest, and blueprint interpretation- Strong time management and organizational skills- Effective communication and leadership capabilities- Familiarity with construction processes, electrical systems, and local codes- Must be able to work on-site in Allentown, PA (hybrid flexibility offered)

Work Schedule:- Full-time, Monday - Friday- 8-hour shifts
