We are currently seeking Construction Attorneys to work with some of the world’s largest companies across multiple industries. Responsibilities : Advising construction companies on construction development/transactional issues

Working with and advising corporate clients directly regarding construction matters

Drafting and negotiating construction documents, including AIA contracts and FIDIC contracts

Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders Minimum Qualifications: 7+ years of experience as a construction lawyer, with a focus on construction law, contract negotiation, and project development

Strong knowledge of construction contracts, real estate law, zoning regulations, and environmental laws

Proven experience managing construction-related disputes and litigation

Complex commercial real estate experience is a plus, including real estate finance, leasing, and acquisitions and sales

Experience working independently and cross-functionally and taking on complex projects

Active bar license in good standing in the state in which you currently reside Compensation, Benefits & Location:

This role offers a range of competitive compensation starting at $115,000, and a highly competitive benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace that includes health benefits, 401K and more.
