Summary:

Manage complex projects with detailing teams and multiple products and vendors from estimating to project completion, while cultivating a positive customer service environment and maximizing profits for rebar fabrication.

Day to day: Review contract documents to ensure safe, efficient product delivery. Manage project contracts, including scheduling, detailing, and costs. Ensure the rebar fabrication meets contract obligations. Coordinate project needs with contractors, engineers, and architects. Schedule detailing and delivery with contractors and teams. Process project changes and support the change order process. Communicate project plans and contract terms to teams and clients. Represent in project meetings as needed. Collaborate on contract finances and maintain customer relations. Report on project progress, costs, and schedules. Conduct site visits in North TX and OK (safety gear required). Manage multiple projects, sometimes beyond normal hours Must haves: 5+ years of experience as a rebar detailer or demonstrated construction project management experience. Ability to apply ACI codes and CRSI standards. Experience in customer relations and problem resolution. Basic knowledge of contract law, standard business practices, and human relations.
