THE ROLE An exciting opportunity awaits a mechanically inclined professional with a background in industrial territory sales or project management, preferably located in the San Francisco region. This role, which combines remote work with regular field visits, focuses on integrating mechanical systems into large-scale construction initiatives, including airports, semiconductor plants, research institutions, and EV infrastructure. Responsibilities include presenting to executive teams and conducting site visits with developers. The role involves collaborating closely with engineers and support staff to meet evolving technical project requirements. Building and maintaining relationships with mechanical engineers and key decision-makers is essential. The company encourages frequent client engagement through networking events, meals, sporting outings, and happy hours several times a week. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 7 years experience in industrial territory sales or mechanical project management Experience in manufacturing, construction, general contracting, or MEP engineering firms Strong understanding of mechanical systems and/or commercial HVAC Excellent communication skills and a passion for client interaction Residence in the San Francisco, CA area and willingness to travel regionally Bachelor's degree required COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Target annual compensation ranges from $156K to $273K, including a base salary of $120K-$210K plus uncapped biannual commissions/bonuses Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance starting on day one 401(k) plan with generous employer match Paid time off Company-provided vehicle, phone, and laptop Corporate and maintenance expense cards Opportunity to join a stable, growing organization
