Our telehealth therapy app combines traditional video sessions with a mobile application to foster skill adoption outside of therapy and to accelerate therapeutic benefits. We are also developing self-guided resources for preventive mental healthcare. Your Responsibilities: Deliver evidence-based therapy through 55-minute video sessions to adult clients. Manage a weekly caseload that suits your lifestyle and preferences. Collaborate with clients to set and track goals, monitoring progress over time. Assign and review in-app homework tailored to each client, including video modules and daily journaling. Maintain accurate progress notes and participate in quality assurance reviews. About You: You possess a wealth of empathy. You are a licensed therapist in TN or KY (LMFT, LCSW, or LPC-MHSP). You have experience supporting individuals facing relationship issues, trauma, PTSD, postpartum depression, anxiety, and depression. You utilize evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and EMDR in your practice. You focus on measurable client outcomes and utilize SMART goals. You embrace client growth, even in uncomfortable situations. You excel at time management. You align with Swell's mission and want to contribute towards achieving it. Minimum Requirements: Must be fully licensed for unsupervised practice in TN or KY (e.g., LPC-MHSP, LCSW, LMFT). Must have recent outpatient clinical therapy experience. Must have a reliable internet connection for clear video calls. Must have a private, quiet space for conducting therapy without distractions. Compensation: Our compensation starts at $40 per session and goes up to $60, with opportunities for monthly bonuses. Pay is standardized based on experience and caseload.
