Superintendent Ii The Superintendent II assists the project superintendent in coordinating trade contractors, maintaining high safety standards, and assisting with the quality control process.
Responsibilities Coordinates trade contractors to stay on schedule
Maintains strict accordance with the contract documents
Supports all safety efforts in the field, lead safety orientations
Stays informed of all field activities
Monitors actual work to maintain compliance for the work plan
Maintains daily reports and documentation
Enforces safety and quality control policies
Attends and participates in project meetings
Tracks production as needed
Executes self-performing capabilities, workforce planning, and quantifying material needs
Handles forecasting as needed
Establishes credibility among owners, trade contractors, unions, etc. by maintaining a fair and trustworthy environment

Experience/Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
0-2 years experience in superintendent role on construction projects
Or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong technical and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Procore
Knowledge of construction-documenting and drawing, with knowledge of all phases of construction
Experience and proficiency in all divisions of work, methods, materials, scheduling, and cost control
OSHA 30 hour certified
