New Generation Improvements is hiring a Field Manager to support our Residential Construction Projects!

In this role you'll be supporting ADU Construction, Full home Renovations, bathroom, and kitchen remodels! We are offering between $52,000 and $60,000 to start, with room to grow from there.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Interact with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to execute multiple projects Manage, lead, and support our field crews Communicate with the team in the office via email and regular zoom meetings Help the business grow! Requirements 5+ years of residential construction or remodeling Bilingual in English in Spanish Comfortable with a pre-employment background and drug screening Strong communication skills to interact with clients and vendors Previous management experience is a huge plus, but not required Reliable transportation Benefits Paid time off 401K On the job training Growth opportunities Weekly gas stipend
