Explore our work What You'll Do Support Project Managers with scheduling, budget tracking, permitting, and job documentation Prepare and manage purchase orders, subcontractor agreements, and change orders Coordinate permits, inspections, vendor communication , and scheduling Manage and update job files, calendars, and client selections Maintain timely communication with clients-keeping them informed, engaged, and aligned with timelines Assist with job costing, invoice tracking , and other operational tasks Contribute to internal process improvements and team efficiency What You Bring 2-4 years of experience in construction coordination or administrative project support (residential preferred) Strong organizational and time management skills -you don't let details slip through the cracks Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools like Buildertrend, CoConstruct, or Procore A proactive, solution-focused mindset and willingness to take initiative Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of construction terminology and permitting processes Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field preferred Why Alair Homes?
