We’re a fast-growing residential construction company based in Fairfield County, CT , and we’re looking for an experienced Residential Construction Superintendent to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who’s highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives on keeping projects running smoothly from start to finish. You’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day and overall project operations, managing crews and subcontractors, coordinating with inspectors and vendors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and up to spec.

Bilingual or conversational Spanish is a strong plus.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee all aspects of construction projects — from planning and scheduling to execution and closeout

Supervise on-site personnel, subcontractors, and laborers

Coordinate with clients, architects, inspectors, vendors, and the internal team

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes

Place and track material orders

Maintain high-quality workmanship and attention to detail

Solve problems on the fly and keep the job moving forward

Report progress to leadership

What We’re Looking For:

10+ years of experience in residential construction, ideally including renovations, additions, and new builds

Strong leadership and team management skills

Proven ability to run multiple sites or complex builds with minimal oversight

Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and codes

Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings

Proficiency in basic tech-- email, spreadsheets, Google Drive, etc.

Spanish-speaking or basic Spanish comprehension

Driver’s license and reliable transportation required, preferably with ability to transport construction materials and lumber on occasion
