• Craftsmanship Excellence: Lead and execute carpentry work, including framing, trim, and finishing, with meticulous attention to detail and premium craftsmanship

• Blueprint to Reality: Interpret and build from construction drawings, ensuring quality, accuracy, and alignment with design intent

• Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with clients, Project Managers, subcontractors, and fellow team members to ensure seamless project execution

• Site Safety & Organization: Maintain a safe, clean, and professional job site at all times, in compliance with local codes and company standards

• Problem-Solving on the Fly: Address and resolve issues in the field with initiative and a can-do attitude

• 5+ years of residential carpentry experience, including framing and finish work (high-end custom home experience is a plus)

• Proven leadership skills and the ability to mentor and motivate team members

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills-you're comfortable working with clients and coworkers alike

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• A solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt quickly on-site
