We are seeking a Restoration Construction Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, vendors and subcontractors Drive to project site(s) to inspect water, fire and smoke damage for commercial and residential projects Plan and execute construction restoration and renovation projects Prepare work orders for scheduling and purchasing purposes Work with a reasonable budget to provide quality service and quality workmanship Negotiate with vendors to receive reasonable costs to maintain budgets Create project schedules and maintain progress for timely completion Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation Allocate resources for assigned projects Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to plans and specifications

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction or construction management Previous experience in water, fire and smoke restoration Familiarity with construction management software Strong leadership qualities Strong negotiation skills Integrity and ability to work within a team environment Motivated and willing to learn Deadline and detail-oriented
