Construction Project Manager This company is looking for top candidates to fill their open position of Construction Project Manager. They are interested in highly-motivated and proactive individuals to fill their open role of Construction Project Manager with extended experience in either commercial/residential restoration. This role is an urgent need, and qualified contacts will be contacted ASAP! Requirements: Reputable restoration company in the Des Moines area known for quality work and strong team culture. Full-time, on-site role managing restoration projects from assessment through completion. Oversee crews, budgets, documentation, and client/stakeholder communication. Handle residential and commercial projects ranging from $1$5M, including water, fire, mold, storm, and large-loss work. Requires 35+ years of experience, water/mold certifications, Xactimate proficiency, IICRC certified preferred and leadership of 510+ person crews. Education: High School Diploma- GED/Associates/ Bachelor's degree preferred Ideal for a hands-on, organized leader who thrives in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
