Retail Construction Project Manager – Bidding & Execution Expert

Are you a results-driven Project Manager with a sharp eye for bidding and a strong background in retail construction? We’re looking for an experienced Retail Construction Project Manager to join our team and take charge of fast-paced, multi-site projects from pre-construction through final turnover — with an emphasis on accurate estimating, winning bids, and delivering exceptional results for retail brands.

What You’ll Do

Lead the full lifecycle of retail construction projects (remodels, tenant improvements, and brand refreshes)

Prepare and manage accurate, competitive bids and estimates, including take-offs and subcontractor/vendor pricing

Collaborate with preconstruction and executive teams to develop and present winning proposals

Manage subcontractor relationships, schedules, budgets, and day-to-day operations

Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout each project

Track and report project progress, proactively identifying and resolving issues

Ensure projects meet brand standards, timelines, and client satisfaction goals

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in retail/commercial construction project management

Proven experience in bidding and estimating with strong attention to detail

Expertise in retail construction, including remodels, rollouts, and occupied space renovations

Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects across multiple locations

Proficient in Procore project management software

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Willingness to travel to job sites as needed

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management

Existing subcontractor and vendor relationships in the retail construction sector
