Job Description
- Supervising and managing all onsite construction activities for retail/restaurant projects.
- Coordinating with subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
- Implementing safety protocols and maintaining a safe and clean job site.
- Ensuring all construction activities align with project specifications and design.
- Preparing and submitting project progress reports to management.
- Managing project costs to ensure budget compliance.
- Resolving any construction-related issues, delays, or emergencies promptly.
- Conducting regular onsite inspections and coordinating any necessary corrective actions.
