Job Title: Road Construction Project Manager Location: Oklahoma City, OK Job Type: Full-time (Onsite) Experience: Minimum 5 years of road construction experience required
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Road Construction Project Manager to oversee all phases of roadway construction projects. This includes site management, coordination of employees, materials, equipment, and ensuring that work progresses in line with schedules and client expectations.
The projects will be  complex and involves multiple parts or disciplines —such as budgeting, design, permitting, scheduling, construction, client relations, compliance, etc.—that all need to be managed together.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage job site execution, project scheduling, and communication with stakeholders.
Support estimators and assist in all aspects of the contract process.
Compile field quantities and manage monthly billing and A/R functions.
Oversee cost control, expense approvals, and project close-out audits.
Submit materials documentation and coordinate permit/locate requests.
Review blueprints and specs; manage project phasing and traffic control.
Handle subcontractor/vendor coordination and client billing confirmations.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication, teamwork, and organization skills.
Must be detail-oriented and safety-conscious.
Technical Skills & Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (MS Project or similar).
Valid driver’s license.
Capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working outdoors.
Prior experience using smart devices on-site.
