Job Overview:

ATeam Home Services is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Roof Vent Installer to join our Field Operations team. In this role, you will install roof ventilation systems on a variety of residential roof types, ensuring proper placement, sealing, and finishing. You'll work directly on rooftops, so experience with walking and working on different roofing materials is essential. Key Responsibilities:

Install roof vents on residential homes, ensuring proper placement, alignment, and weatherproofing. Safely navigate, walk, and work on roofs of various pitches and materials (shingle, metal, tile, etc.). Inspect existing roof areas for potential issues before installation. Use hand and power tools to cut openings, secure vents, and complete installations to a high standard. Seal and finish installations to ensure long-term durability and weather resistance. Maintain a clean and safe work area on rooftops and around properties. Communicate clearly and professionally with crew leaders, team members, and homeowners. Document completed installations as needed (photos, notes, job forms). Qualifications: Proven experience walking and working on roofs of various materials. Comfortable with heights and working in outdoor environments. Strong attention to detail to ensure precision in measurements and installations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain work processes to homeowners if needed. Physically fit and capable of climbing ladders, carrying materials, and working on sloped surfaces. Reliable transportation to the branch or directly to job sites. High school diploma or GED preferred. Strong work ethic, punctuality, and commitment to safety.
