Safety Manager We are seeking a Safety Manager to work on safety operations across multiple construction sites, ensuring compliance, minimizing risk, and fostering a culture of safety excellence. Responsibilities include: Ensuring full compliance with company safety standards and OSHA regulations Identifying risks and hazards; developing and implementing effective countermeasures Delivering safety training to company staff and subcontractors Auditing subcontractor records and documentation Leading safety orientations and conducting daily site safety audits Maintaining and inspecting base building fire protection systems Inspecting fall protection anchors and performing weekly fire/risk audits Organizing and leading Safety Standdowns Enforcing the company's Zero Tolerance safety program Investigating incidents including injuries, theft, and property damage Developing site-specific Emergency Action Plans (EAPs) Serving as the primary contact for OSHA inspections and insurance audits Maintaining accurate site safety records Conducting COVID contact tracing and managing related data entry Supporting policy development and representing the company on committees and professional councils Taking on additional duties as assigned MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The successful applicant will have: Minimum of 3 years of safety experience in construction with a general contractor or large subcontractor Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and excellent communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ProCore, BlueBeam, or similar software preferred Must have OSHA 10, OSHA 501 and OSHA 500.
