Sales Representative – Construction Consulting

This is a remote position. RHCCG is seeking a results-driven, well-connected  Sales Agents  to expand our client base within the luxury residential and commercial construction industry in the NY/NJ/CT area . This is a commission-based role ideal for someone with experience or a strong network in high-end architecture, interior design, or construction. As a Sales Agent, you’ll introduce RHCCG’s white-glove project management and consulting services to new clients, generate qualified leads, and play a key role in the company’s growth. Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
Requirements Identify and engage potential clients and referral partners (e.g., interior designers, architects, builders, developers, homeowners)
Promote RHCCG’s services with a clear understanding of our value in high-end construction consulting
Educate leads about our firm’s expertise and project portfolio
Coordinate warm introductions and meetings with company leadership
Maintain an outreach and follow-up system to track lead activity
Attend site visits, networking events, or design meetings (as applicable)
Report basic pipeline updates and client activity
Skills & Qualifications:
Industry experience or network in high-end residential construction, design, or real estate
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage your own outreach
Professional demeanor with an understanding of luxury client expectations
Familiarity with design, fabrication, or installation is a plus
CRM or lead tracking experience is helpful but not required

Compensation:
Commission-only: Earn  8–12%  of net profit on each project you refer to that closes
Typical commissions range from  $800 to $5,000+  per job
No cap — unlimited earning potential based on performance
Bonus incentives available for strong, recurring partnerships
