SCA Project Manager Construction

Plans, organizes, and participates in the coordination, development and implementation of projects, programs and strategic initiatives to meet strategic goals. Provides management support to leadership. Works closely with leadership to ensure timely completion of projects and initiatives. Projects include interiors on Schools (SCA), MTA, Housing (tenant in place rehab work/occupied space on affordable housing, etc.) - NO ground up, private, and government agency. Approx. 40-50 employees (3-4 Supers, 7 people in management). Projects ranging from $500K - $25M.

The Successful Applicant

Hard working, driven, career oriented, and a team leader. Should have a degree in construction management, civil engineering or related to those. Experience needed with Procore & Bluebeam. Projects include interiors on Schools (SCA), MTA, Housing (tenant in place rehab work/occupied space on affordable housing, etc.) - NO ground up, private, and government agency. Approx. 40-50 employees (3-4 Supers, 7 people in management). Projects ranging from $500K - $25M.
