Job Title : Senior Associate Work Timings: Core Business Hours
Description The Senior Associate is responsible for driving sales, increasing revenue, and building client relationships. This role collaborates with recruiters to fulfill job orders and works with business stakeholders, leaders, and subject matter experts to ensure efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain client relationships with a targeted prospect list. Conduct outreach through calls, emails, social media, and in-person meetings Generate new job orders weekly, aligning with performance goals. Manage job orders from intake to fulfillment. Log all activities in Bullhorn to track progress and manage business growth. Collaborate with team members to cross-sell and support hiring across different business units. Good to have : Customer Focus Results Oriented. Communicates Effectively and delivers written and verbal communication. Planning & Prioritization Decision Making Collaboration
Education and Experience:? Bachelor's Degree and/or 12 months to 2 yrs technology?sales or staffing?experience required.? Active member of the IT community, networking groups a plus. ?? Location : In office. Hybrid/Remote option may be considered with Management approval.
Travel Requirements: Less than 5% (almost no travel)
Physical Demands:- Frequent : Sitting, walking, repetitive motion. Occasional: Standing, bending. Infrequent : Lifting up to 10 pounds

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to: the individual's skill sets, experience and training; licensure and certification requirements; office location and other geographic considerations; other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
