Senior Construction Analyst & Project Coordinator (Utilities)

Lead a diversified team in developing successful bids and in developing action plans in executing the projects
Support Transmission Construction as the lead coordinator for identified competitive Federal Energy Regulatory Commission projects
Responsible for coordinating all construction activities related to competitively bid projects
Develop processes that have check and balances to assure all aspects of the project are captured
Provides deep subject matter expertise in the requested field to achieve business objectives such as operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, or improving competitive position
Analyzes problems and recommends strategies to client to achieve business objectives
Leads cross-function teams in developing or re-engineering processes using gathered requirements
Responsibilities include formulating process remediation and implementation strategies; preparing written assessments and presenting recommendations to executive level clients
Facilitate organizational change through effective communication, building consensus and creating complete and coordinated implementation plans
Conducting Technology Impact Assessment, availability and Continuity risk assessment of critical technology assets and developing disaster recovery plans
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business related
Ability to Travel:up to 75% (depending on the location)
Transmission Construction experience
Bidding, estimating, and estimating software experience required
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access, Word and Power Point
Strong communication and time management skills required
Demonstrated analytical and project management experience
Strong business savvy and negotiation skills
Extensive experience in business analysis and program implementation
