Youll be the go-to expert for sourcing, negotiating, and managing the materials and equipment that keep our job sites movingbuilding something new from the ground up in more ways than one.

What Youll Do:

• Buy smart: Source and purchase construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Partner strong: Build great relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
• Stay sharp: Monitor market trends, manage costs, and avoid supply delays.
• Keep it flowing: Coordinate deliveries, maintain inventory, and expedite shipments.
• Solve problems: Tackle discrepancies, delays, and material-related concerns.
• Support the team: Align purchasing with project timelines and budgets.

This is a high-impact role where your work directly influences project success, cost control, and team productivity.

What Were Looking For:

• Purchasing or construction materials experience (commercial or agricultural a big plus!)
• Strong negotiation and organization skills
• Solid communication and team collaboration
• Experience with ERP systems (Premier Construction Software is a bonus)
