Our client is an established, successful, and growing commercial general contractor and comprehensive construction management team serving Chicagoland and clientele.
Duties for an Estimator include :
Estimating, quantity take-offs, preparing and managing bid packages
Subcontractor/bid procurement, managing RFI during bid period
Cost control
Scheduling
Subcontractor relations
P&L
Maintaining and delivering a high level of quality and competitive bid analysis
Entrepreneurial types that aspire to be leaders and to contribute to our future growth
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or Architecture
Ideally 10 years experience is required
Estimating experience is required
Self-Perform experience is required
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Including Excel and Project)
Proficient in On-Screen Takeoff (Or Similar)
Ability to work in a team
