Liro Group, a prominent organization in the engineering and construction management realm, is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Inspector to join our team. This role will focus on overseeing various construction projects, ensuring all phases meet set standards, regulations, and technical specifications. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of construction processes, materials, and codes, ensuring every project aspect aligns with our commitment to enhancing urban infrastructure. Perform detailed inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with building codes, project specifications, and safety regulations. Monitor the construction processes to ensure structural integrity and adherence to approved engineering designs. Document inspection findings and communicate any discrepancies or issues to the project management team immediately. Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other construction professionals to resolve issues and ensure project standards are met. Review and approve materials and equipment to be used in projects to ensure quality and compliance standards are met. Supervise junior inspectors and mentor them on best practices in construction inspection. Maintain daily logs and other documentation, ensuring accurate records of construction progress and issues. In-depth knowledge of building codes, construction techniques, and regulations. Strong analytical skills to interpret complex project plans and specifications. Proficiency in using inspection tools and common industry-related software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
