Job Description
The Senior Construction Manager will be expected to:
- Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects, from initial planning to final completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and timelines to ensure efficiency.
- Monitor on-site activities to ensure safety protocols and quality standards are upheld.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Supervise and mentor construction teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and construction codes in the Houston area.
